Shift chats are labelled “handled by you” in the inbox — earnings you influence appear on the creator’s Earnings screen as a chatter split.
Then see their shifts, autopilot and coverage here — until then, Autopilot already covers every hour you’re offline.
+ Add chatterHours are the creator’s open chat
window per week. $ is what fans paid on threads that person handled — splits are entered in the
payout step and live only in docs/PRICING-CANONICAL.md.
Load on a person node is assigned hours against the hours they are rostered for. Over 100% means they are covering more than their shift — autopilot is already answering the overflow.
Counted against your hours only — what each person covers for other creators is theirs, not yours.
If your load is over 100%, ask your manager to move a creator — or let autopilot take the hours you cannot.
Sketch only. What an
open role would look like if the marketplace existed — a ringed creator node on the map becomes a
card someone can apply to. Rates never render on a card: they resolve from
docs/PRICING-CANONICAL.md.
