Common questions

How is attribution tracked?

Cookie + URL parameter when fan clicks the affiliate link. Default 30-day window (configurable). If a fan converts within the window, all their payments to you for the next N months are attributed to that affiliate.

What if a fan clicks two different affiliate links?

Last-click wins by default (configurable). The most recent affiliate gets credit if conversion happens within their window.

Can I have different rates per affiliate?

Yes. You set a default, then override per-affiliate when you create their unique link. High-performing TikTokers might get 30%, smaller promoters might get 15%.

What happens with refunds and chargebacks?

Affiliate payout is reversed proportionally, so an affiliate only earns on revenue you keep. (Applies once automated payouts go live — launching soon.)

Do affiliates need to sign up for Fanogram?

No. They get a light dashboard via the affiliate link, no Fanogram creator account needed. Just a payout method (PayPal, bank, TON) when payouts go live.

Does Fanogram take a cut of affiliate payouts?

No. We charge $10/mo to run the program (waived during Founder Rate). 100% of affiliate payouts come from your revenue, not ours.
